How do I book an appointment?

Search for a salon or service, pick the treatments you want, then choose a date, time and specialist. You will see the full price before you confirm. Your booking is sent to the salon and confirmed once they approve it.

Can I choose a specific specialist?

Yes. When a salon has more than one available specialist for your selected services, you can pick one during booking, or leave it as "any available" and the salon will assign someone.

How do I cancel or change my appointment?

Open My Appointments, select the booking and choose Cancel. To move an appointment, cancel it and book the new slot, or contact the salon directly. Cancellation terms are set by each salon.

How do I pay for my appointment?

You can pay securely by card when you book, or choose to pay at the salon where that option is offered. The price shown at booking is the price you pay — it does not change afterwards.

How do refunds work?

If a paid booking is cancelled, any refund is issued to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank, and is typically a few working days. Refund eligibility follows the salon's cancellation terms.

Do I need to tip?

Tipping is never required and is entirely up to you. Any tip is paid directly to the salon or your specialist.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter your email address. We will send you a link to set a new password. The link expires after a short time for your security.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile and choose Delete account. This removes your personal details from the platform. Records we are legally required to keep, such as completed transactions, are retained as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Can I book a service at my home?

Some salons offer home visits. Where available, you can choose "at home" during booking and select your address. If a salon only shows the in-salon option, it does not currently travel to customers.

How do reviews work?

After your appointment is completed you can rate the salon and leave a review. Only customers with a completed booking can review, so ratings reflect real visits.
